Refund policy
We value your satisfaction with our products, however currently we do not offer the option to return or exchange items, due to the fact that our products are printed specifically for each individual order and we do not hold products in stock. We do however carefully ensure the quality of our products before shipping, to provide you with the best possible experience. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you received. You can get in touch within 3 days after receipt and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. If your claim is validated by our quality assurance team, we will send a reprint to you as quickly as possible or offer a full refund for the defective order.
To start a return of a damaged item, you can contact us at hello@graficona.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
Colour Consistency
All our printers use the same print machines, paper types and work processes to minimise colour variations. Having said that, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the colour, consistency and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, just to mention a few examples. Colour variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Exchanges

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
